Ages: 2.5 - 4 years old

This blended-style class is perfect for preschoolers beginning their journey toward independence in the gym! Light parent involvement is welcome as children develop new skills in a fun and supportive environment. We start with a lively warm-up, including music, climbing, swinging, and jumping. Gymnasts will learn foundational skills on an obstacle course featuring equipment representing Olympic events. This class focuses on diverse gross motor activities alongside introductory gymnastics skills like forward rolls, handstands, uneven bars, and trampoline activities. Taught in a creative way, our goal is to encourage a healthier mental, physical, and emotional lifestyle for every participant.

Preschool 2

​Ages: 3 - 5 years old

Ready for independence? This fully independent Preschool class requires no parent involvement, allowing your child to shine on their own! We begin each session with an exciting warm-up, combining music and fun stretches. This class continues to build on gross motor coordination through the use of gymnastics equipment and skills. Gymnasts will learn new techniques on an obstacle course using equipment representing the Olympic events. They'll continue to advance from Preschool 1, mastering skills such as backward rolls, cartwheels, balance beams, vault, and much more!
