Welcome to Elements Sports Center! Please review our policies carefully. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to abide by these policies and procedures. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our office.
1. Registration & Enrollment
Annual Registration Fee
​A non-refundable annual registration fee of $50 is required upon enrollment and is valid for one year. This fee is mandatory for all students.
Trial Classes
We do not offer trial classes. Enrollment requires payment of the annual registration fee and the first month's tuition.
2. Tuition & Payment
Monthly Tuition Draft
Tuition is automatically drafted from the payment method on file on the 1st of every month.
Late Payments
If the automatic payment on the 1st fails, a late fee may be applied.
We use a flat-rate billing system for consistent, predictable payments:

Our tuition is calculated based on an average of 48 weeks of classes per year, which already factors in scheduled closures (like holidays and the 4th of July week).

The total annual cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments.

The monthly fee remains the same regardless of the number of times your class meets that month. You are not charged more for months with five classes, and the rate is not reduced for months with fewer classes due to scheduled breaks.
3. Withdrawal & Dropping Class

Withdrawal Deadline: All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing by the 28th of the current month to avoid being charged for the following month's tuition.

Final Charge: If a request is received after the 28th, the full tuition for the next month will be charged, and the student may attend classes until the end of that final month.
4. Class Attendance & Makeups

Makeup classes are offered as a courtesy, subject to class availability, for excused absences.

All makeup classes expire within three months of when the original class was missed and cannot be rolled over. Makeups must be scheduled in advance.

Students are permitted to attend any other regularly scheduled class of the same discipline and level (e.g., Gymnastics 1 must attend another Gymnastics 1 class) to make up for an absence.

Ninja Open Gym Exception: Students enrolled in any class may use a makeup class to attend our Friday Night Ninja Open Gym in lieu of paying the standard open gym fee.

Tumbling Class Makeup: Makeup classes for all Tumbling classes are held only on Saturdays.
