Our class combines a wide range of gross motor fun with the basics of gymnastics.Every session kicks off with an inviting warm-up featuring music, crawling, and hanging to get those wiggles out. Then, it's time for adventure! Each class offers a new experience on our obstacle course, including trampolines, balance beams, bars, and vault, plus many other activities designed to boost coordination, strength, and body awareness.We wrap up class with positive reinforcement, praise, and a short, peaceful time of prayer, ensuring your little gymnast feels celebrated and confident!
