Introducing Coach Quanita, our esteemed Head Cheer Coach! With a decade of competitive dance experience under my belt, I bring a unique blend of grace and athleticism to the world of cheerleading.

My dedication to mentoring and leadership extends beyond the mat. For seven years, I've been a devoted youth leader in my church's Youth Ministry, shaping the lives of young individuals and fostering a sense of community and purpose.

As a dance instructor for seven years, I've honed my teaching skills, enabling me to effectively convey the artistry and precision of cheerleading to aspiring athletes.

I've been coaching competitive cheer at Element Gymnastics and Sports Center for three years. Notably, I led the first team to earn a special invitation to the prestigious Summit competition in Orlando, Florida.

I'm thrilled to share my passion for dance and cheer, my dedication to mentorship, and my commitment to fostering excellence in every athlete. Join me as we embark on a journey filled with teamwork, determination, and the pursuit of greatness in the world of competitive cheer!

Good morning! I am Coach Brandon. I grew up in Clayton and graduated from Clayton High School in 2010. After a year of college I decided to join the military for about 9 years. I was in the Navy and worked on the flight deck of aircraft carriers for my first 5 years where I went on 2 world tour deployments. My last 4 years were spent in Pensacola, FL as an aircraft firefighter for the pilots in training. I got out of the military at the end of 2019 and moved back to Clayton to be with my family. Currently I am enrolled at Wake Tech to pursue a Graphic/Web Design & Marketing degree! This year I was blessed with a baby boy named Roman who is now 8 months old!

Cheer Bio: I have been in the cheer world since the 7th grade. After finding my first gym Premier Athletics I was hooked on learning how to tumble. I competed from 2006-2010 and went to worlds in 2008 to compete in the Large Sr. Coed Level 5 division. I started coaching before the military from 2010-2011. After joining the military, when I was stationed state-side, I would find cheer gyms to help coach in my free time. Once out of the service and moved back home I continued my coaching career at Premier until Covid shut the doors. I went on to coach at a few other gyms from there which has led me to where I am today. I find that I am very structured and have plenty of knowledge to help athletes of all levels. My true passion now is taking everything I have learned over the years and teaching the youth of today by building the confidence they need to reach the next level.

I'm Coach Emma, a cheerleading enthusiast with a deep love for Jesus Christ. My journey in cheer began in Middle and High School, where I honed my skills and discovered my passion for coaching.

Having also served as a middle school cheer coach and an assistant coach for Element All Stars, I understand the importance of nurturing young talent and building a strong team spirit. I'm committed to helping our athletes grow, not just as cheerleaders, but as individuals who embody positivity, resilience, and grace.

My faith is at the core of everything I do, and I believe that sports can be a powerful avenue for personal growth and character development. I'm excited to witness the impact of faith in the lives of our athletes as we strive for success on and off the cheer mat.

Meet Coach Kevona, your dedicated Assistant Cheer Coach! With a passion that stems from a cheerleading journey beginning in middle school and flourishing throughout high school, I bring an authentic enthusiasm for the sport to every practice and performance.

My journey to coaching was forged in the crucible of a military background, instilling discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—values I impart to my athletes. Currently, I am a diligent student pursuing a Kinesiology major at North Carolina Central University, where my studies enrich my coaching expertise.

For the past three years, I've had the privilege of coaching at Element Gymnastics and Sports Center, a role that has allowed me to witness the transformation of young athletes into confident, skilled cheerleaders. Notably, I played an integral part in coaching the first team to secure a coveted bid to the prestigious Summit competition in Orlando, Florida.

I'm excited to share my love for cheerleading, my commitment to excellence, and my unwavering support for every athlete's growth. Join me in this exhilarating journey to reach new heights and make lasting memories in the world of competitive cheer!

Hi I’m Ricky! I grew up doing tumble, cheer, and dance eventually moving into coaching myself and have over a decade of experience under my belt. It drives me to see these kids master skills and succeed in their craft, seeing that “ah-ha” moment when a student understands a skill.
